In AADESA we have 3 Management frameworks.
It is a framework where Hotel Owners, Proprietors or Investors rely on AADESA to do the total and overall management of the hotel.
Owners, proprietors or investors have only a “Landlord” role perceiving profits every month from the Hotel daily operations.
It is different from the Lease framework, where you receive a fixed rent, in this framework, owners, proprietors or investors receive a variable rent depending on operations results. This rent, in general, is higher because it is associated to business risk participation.
It is a framework where AADESA provides the Franchise of any of its brands to hotel owners or proprietors. Owners or proprietors are in charge of the hotel operating management, while AADESA is in charge of commercial management, marketing, booking and quality management services.
AADESSA provides owners and proprietors with a management model, where they are trained for the job. Afterwards, owners or proprietors are in charge of commissioning the Hotel operating management based on the franchise management model.
Summarizing, owners or proprietors are in charge of the Hotel (building) while AADESA manages sales.
It is a Framework where Hotel owners or proprietors lease the hotel to AADESA for its operation, receiving a Monthly Fixed Rate for this purpose. This option is ideal for owners who are not interested in getting involved with the facilities and do not want to be associated with the business risk.
